Refund Policy for Online Program

​We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our online program. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to withdraw. Please review our refund policy below for information on how we process refund requests.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Refunds are available only for fully paid enrolments in the program.

  • Refunds are issued based on the date of request relative to the program start date.

2. Refund Request Process
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to globalelitelanguageacademy@gmail  prior to the program start date.

  • Include your full name, email address used for registration, and the reason for requesting the refund.

  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process upon approval.

3. Refund Schedule
  • Full Refund: If a refund request is received prior to 7 days of program start date, a full refund (less a processing fee of $50) will be issued.

  • Partial Refund (50%): If the request is received after the 7-day window, you may be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: No refunds will be granted after the program starts.

4. Program Cancellation by Provider
  • If we must cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled participants, or you may have the option to transfer your enrolment to a future program at no additional cost.

5. Technical Issues
  • Students are responsible for preparing their own equipment to take the online courses. If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing the program, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may issue a refund if the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Special Circumstances
  • We understand that unexpected situations arise. For personal emergencies, such as serious illness or other extenuating circumstances, please reach out to our support team. Refunds or deferrals may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Non-Refundable Items
  • Processing fees, materials, and other add-ons purchased with the program are non-refundable.
